Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), melatonin. Gelatin (wrap).
TRADITIONAL USE: Improves jet lag symptoms (fatigue, insomnia, headaches, irritability, decreased immunity) and difficulties in falling asleep. Increase the quality of sleep. Mild hypotensive, sedative and
muscle relaxant. It has antioxidant activity.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 capsule a day with a sufficient amount of water, after having taken some food. The beneficial effect is obtained with the ingestion of a capsule shortly before going to sleep.
