Calcium lactate, freeze-dried royal jelly, magnesium gluconate, inulin (chicory dry extract (Cichorium intybus L. root)), brewer's yeast, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), non-GMO soy lecithin, Niacin (nicotinamide),
