Description
Organic valerian powder (Valeriana officinalis L. root), organic lemon balm powder (Melissa officinalis L. leaf), organic passionflower powder (Passiflora incarnata L. aerial part), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
TRADITIONAL USE: States of anxiety and associated disorders such as insomnia and nervousness. Relaxes smooth muscle decreasing spasms. May cause drowsiness.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 2 to 4 tablets a day with a sufficient amount of water, divided into two doses. The last 2 hours before bedtime.
PRESENTATION: 60 tablets of 405 mg.
